Service Agreement
It’s a pleasure to have you as a customer! The goal of this contract is to be as transparent as possible prior to signing up for service. This agreement will outline the working relationship between Urban Oasis Pool & Spa LLC and you, the customer.

Our recurring services are not based on a term contract but instead being accepted “at will” which means either side may cancel service whenever they please without reason. If canceled mid service the remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days of termination date.
Billing
All invoices will be sent out on the 1st of the month and will be due 7 days later, on the 8th unless stated otherwise
Accepted forms of payment are Check, Zelle, Cash, or Autopay through Skimmer
All autopay payments made with a debit or credit card will accrue a 3% fee
Late payments will accrue a “late payment charge” of $25. After 2 weeks of non-payment service will be terminated.
All repairs must be paid before installation
All quotes take into account pool size, salt or chlorine, foliage around pool, and how many bodies of water on property
We bill for 4 weeks a month 12 months a year. This is 48 weeks of service and 4 weeks of non service. These non service weeks will be Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and the other 2 weeks rotating early. You will be notified 30 days prior to non service weeks
Service
Upon hiring us we will provide you your service day
If your day ever has to change we will provide you with a 7 day notice
Upon request we will text the number on file “10-15 minutes away from property” before servicing your pool, spa, or fountain
If we cannot service property due to locked gates, gated neighborhood, combos changed, no key left, and/or cannot access property we will notify you the reason and no credit will be received
We are not liable for any injuries in or around pools ,spas, or fountains nor its equipment
Service includes chemical balancing, netting, brushing, vacuuming, equipment inspection, baskets emptied, and BASIC chemicals are included i.e. liquid chlorine, granular chlorine, chlorine tablets, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, & soda ash
New build pools do not include chemicals the first 30 days
We require homeowners to have a cleaning system i.e. a in pool vacuum or infloor heads
Homeowners are also expected to inspect pools during storms and wind storms. We are only on site once a week and can only clean a pool as well as it runs.
During Monsoon season we will have weeks where we cannot get your pool perfectly clean. If you would like a “storm clean” it will accrue an extra charge and we will do a 2nd service that week
All customers are required to have 2-3 filter cleans a year based on debris and bather load. These will be performed every 4-6 months and service will be canceled or denied if filter clean is not performed.Why? If filters become too dirty it will cause limited flow to your pool/spa. This will cause algae growth, extra chemical usage, and extended time cleaning due to slow filtration. Clean filters=A Healthy Pool!
If a repair cannot be completed on our own we will recommend companies or contract the service out
This is a basic agreement form and can be found on our website at anytime. No signatures are needed but by signing up for service you are accepting the terms of this agreement. If/when the agreement gets updated you will receive a new copy via email, paper copy, or both.
